Metro Security and Detective Agency was started by B.H. Wells in Cincinnati, Ohio in the year 1984.

Metro Security officers and staff are passionate about their work and careers. We follow 'best practice' guidelines for diffusing difficult situations and are very attentive to signs that something's not quite right when doing surveillance.

BURNETT H. WELLS - Founder & CEO
Founder of The Metro Security & Detective Agency, Burnett H. Wells is degreed in Criminal Justice and has
worked in the law enforcement field for over 45 years. His work includes servicing the Cincinnati Police Department and the Federal Government.
He has serviced at various levels in both the public and private sectors within the Private Security Field before establishing The Metro Security & Detective Agency. Along with managing the company, Mr. Wells currently serves
as a Security Specialist with the Office of Homeland Security.
